Micro-CRM is a tool which control the management of clients in any company.
- A client can be added to the Micro-CRM in a variety of methods:
- Web. via WEB 2.0, a simple code can be cut and pasted in your web page which will display a form and allow clients online to fill in their information, without the need to create advanced code. The application will automatically send a notification to the administrator of the Micro-CRM you are using to advise them that a registration has occured and that the relevant information has been automatically entered into the database.
- Manual: a manual entry level allows clients to be added to the database.
- Imported: clients can be batch imported using Excel.
- Create different types of statistics on the data entry of clients.
- Export the clientes to a Excel document.
- Keep up tp date on notification regarding the application, for example updates, new packages etc..
- The ability to automatically call a client by phone from inside Micro-CRM using the functionality of the connection to an Asterisk server if available.
